Description
Bei Misapplikationen werden im "sensu"-Teil sämtliche Autoren ohne Initialen aufgeführt. An dieser Stelle würde ein "Borges & al. 2008"reichen, da das vollständige Zitat ja noch einmal als Fußnote gebracht wird.

This to me seems to be fixed with the latest changes on short citation formatting in cdmlib.
The citation now looks like
- "Chenopodium coronopus" sensu Borges & al. 2008, err. sec. Uotila 2020
which seems to be correct according to the ticket description
