When converting a person to a team does not get team members by default. We could add a configuration that allows parsing the old person into a team in cases where the old person was an unparsed team.
A third configuration could be to keep or clone the old person as (first) person of the new team for the usecase that an "author" needs to be augmented from a single person to a real team.

No hight priority as this is only shortcut functionality and can be done also with existing functionality. Also it is not used very often.
