Description

  1. termTree webservice response misses the titleCache field
  2. there is evidence for that the order of the terms also has changed order is not affected

compare:

can this be related to changes in the wider context of #6794, e.g. for for #8432 ? No relation

There were no changes/commits for long time on the above tickets. So I don't think it is related.
