Description

Implement a search similar to the TaxonListController.doFindByNamePart() function which allows for filtering names by

genusOrUninomial
infragenericEpithet
specificEpithet
infraspecificEpithet
authorshipCache
rank

This is needed first of all for the cdm datasources.
