Remove schema create and schema update functionality from datsource view

Description
As now schema creation and schema update can be done via taxeditor-webapp (#9025), too, we do not need it anymore there and do want to remove to be able to remove the dependencies which are needed only for this.

The result looks fine. Only I wonder if we can also remove the the code that was called before to not have dead code. If this is too much work for this ticket please create a new one. Otherwise handle here.
