Description

As we do have the Specimen Tree Editor now the Specimen List Editor is not really needed anymore. Therefore it may make sense to make it configurable to remove the according menu entry to keep the UI simple.

This works as expected. Only I think the default value should maybe be "enabled". This is more according to our default strategy to show all functionality as default and then be able to reduce functionality if it is not needed.

However, I am not sure about this as the Specimen List Editor is functionality that is not really needed (but maybe it is easier to use in a context where only very simple specimen editing is required. So personally I think by default it should be switched on.
