Adapt CdmLightExport to new TaxonNode.status

Description
Currently we have boolean columns "unplaced" and "excluded". Instead we should have the 1 status column which may have the 1 of the 3 values "doubtful", "unplaced" or "excluded".
- Related to feature request #9005: Make the TaxonNode flags alternatives and change excluded notes to status notes added

this is implemented now, the new column calls "PlacementDoubtful".

- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
checked the cdmlight result and the doubtful flag is correctly set.
