Higher node taxa might be formatted differently

Entire plant habitat: epiphytic [31], epilithic [11]...; orientation: pendent [33], semierect [4], ... stem: old stem segment duration: deciduous [33]; width: 0.3–12; stem shape: terete [18]

The problem here will be to find a way how to handle parent and child features which have similar labels like "Entire plant" and "Entire plant habit". If they start the same but the child is longer they could be merged. But also finding different separators (":", "-", ...) for the different levels might be a problem, especially if >2 hierarchy levels are involved.
