Adding a fact to a taxon which does not yet have facts takes time as one first needs to create a factual dataset (description) and then add a fact by selecting a feature.

This can be shortened by allowing to create the dataset and the fact in one step.
We may want to have a new menu for this. Something like "New dataset and fact ..." where ... stands for the submenu which selects the feature.
Alternatively the existing "New dataset" menu could be changed into the new menu.

This functionality is similar to the functionality in the media view, but there for creating a new media it is not necessary to select from a list of types/features.
