For some data portal (e.g. caryophyllales genera and lichenes genera) it is a requirement to filter taxa by rank (e.g. only ranks equal or above genus level). This is similar to the taxonomic subtree filter and the area filter that already exists.

This is an urgent requirement for the new lichenes-genera data portal which can not go public before this is implemented as the database will also include lower rank data from all taxa existing in cuba and also very detailed taxon information for all lower rank taxa in genus Cora (these use cases will have their own data portals).
