Currently formatting is not nice:
A first suggestion from an Email:
Da sollten wir uns noch Gedanken machen, wie wir die am besten formatieren. Z.B. einfach Semikolon separiert und natürlich ohne „Exact Value. Aber vielleicht macht die Raute Sinn zur Kennzeichnung eines Exact Values und Abgrenzung zu anderen Werten, dann sollte sie m.E. aber vor jedem Wert stehen.

Rauten stehen nach meinem Verständniss üblicherweise für "Nummer" oder "Anzahl", damit eine "Exact Value" zu kennzeichnen fände ich irreführend.

Implemented.
I did not change the separator to semicolon since we are using the comma already for separating all quantitative data of any type.

I do not fully understand this. Do you have an example where the comma is used in this way elsewhere? Comma is dangerous as in many languages it is used as decimal separator and therefore it can be misunderstood.
