Description

To provide the filter to all combo elements add the proposalProvider to the AbstractComboElement.

This is used for VocabularyCombos when selecting supported state vocabularies or modifier vocabularies

should we split the ticket and move open issue to 5.13. At least partly it works as far as I remember from vocabulary selection for supportedXXX in Character details view.

we should definetely not keep in in this milestone with status "In Progress"

this ticket was solved for vocabulary combo elemtents in 5.12 and for all other combo elements in 5.13

Takes time to test everywhere but as far as I remember from using nightly during the last weeks I do not remember a place where I expected text suggestion filter and id did not exist or did not work. So I close this ticket.
We may reopen if we find remaining issues.
