When trying to open the session view for the taxon navigator I get the below exception.

I think it is expected that sessions for views using DTOs can not be opened as they do not handle CdmBase objects. But this error should be catched better.

Also I wonder, why there is a session for the navigator at all. If it does not handle CdmBase objects we do not need a session or is there a reason for having a session (maybe a separate ticket). This should be checked for all DTO based views/editors.
