Add count parameter to StateData

Description
count should be used to count the number of states summarized in one StateData
Data example for leaf color:
black (9)
red (2)
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 50
- Assignee changed from Andreas Müller to Patrick Plitzner
- Severity changed from normal to major
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
- Assignee changed from Patrick Plitzner to Andreas Müller
- % Done changed from 50 to 100
This is already used in the aggregation algorithm and works fine
