Image Details: image preview not working for some sources

Description

The image at this URL https://www.seedlingsandcuttings.eu/media/com_hikashop/upload/lymanbensonia_micrantha_flower_160501_plantgusto.jpg can not be displayed in the preview

When the image is copied to a BGBM server it can be shown without problems.

The preview pane shows "No file found"

I appears as if this has nothing to do with the TLS encryption which is used by this site since images from other sites with also use TLSv1.2 are working properly: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/c6/Lepismium_houlletianum_2_ies.jpg
