Description

The button row on top of checkbox lists (Available Languages, Features) are not functional:

Hide them if there are plans to make them functional in the future otherwise they should be removed.

The buttons are only not functional if "use default settings" is chosen. Therefore I suggest to either close this ticket or implement it such that in this case the buttons are unvisible. For more discussion see #8586
