Description

  • Assignee changed from Katja Luther to Wolf-Henning Kusber

Can you please further define what the concrete problem is. This behavior always existed and is default. Usually synoynms are expected to belong to accepted taxon and therefore have the same sec. Only if the synonym has been to the accepted taxon concept by some one else (not the author/publication of the accepted taxon) the sec of the synonym needs to be different from the accepted taxon. As this is currently a rare case the default is handled as before.

If you think this should be changed please describe your usecase and describe what your expected TaxEditor behavior is.
