Description

Since #6794 it is possible to distinguish term collections which include duplicates (e.g. structure trees which include general structures which occur at multiple places of a plant stucture such as "hairs"). This should be supported by TaxEditor.

  1. make flag editable
  2. do not allow editing the flag if duplicates exist in the collection
  3. if the flag is on disallow to create a node that links to a term that already exists in the collection
  4. like 3. for drag&drop
  5. by default create collections which do not allow duplicates (exceptions such as structure trees may be discussed)
