Description

For phycobank and other name focused data providers it is crucial that the name url and identifier can be transported.

The PhycobankClient currently misuses the taxon.url to be able to link to the name pages which are the relevant sources of information (commit:b761d7d6 )

Once the TaxonName.ulr is implemented the PhycobankClient should be adapted accordingy
