Default Feature Tree contains name features and features

Description
The default feature tree should contain only features not belonging to the nameFeature Vocabulary.
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 50
- Assignee changed from Katja Luther to Patrick Plitzner
- Target version changed from Release 5.8 to Release 5.7
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
- Assignee changed from Patrick Plitzner to Katja Luther
- % Done changed from 50 to 100
tested on nightly. Name features do not appear for taxon descriptions and vica versa
