Description

Actually it is possible to edit references without the UPDATE right for references. While saving the user gets an exception that he is not allowed to update the reference.
This problem appears for the bulk editor and when opening it by the edit button of an entitySelectionElement.

This was already solved see https://dev.e-taxonomy.eu/redmine/issues/4055#note-9
