Allow selecting structural/property modifiers when creating a character
When creating a character from a structure and a property the user can select from a predefined list of available modifiers.
This should be done in the details view of the CharacterEditor.
Characters with the same structure and property but with different properties will be handled individually, e.g. they will be edited in separate columns in the matrix editor
