Description
Taxon entries in the data portal do not allow to navigate to the according name page.
This will become important once #8108 is implemented.
A suggestion made in the context of #8108 is to replace the protologue link at the taxon entries by a link to the name page. the name page will show, link to the protologue.
Alternatively could the whole name string be made a link to the name page, but this makes the page appearance more busy.
It seems a good idea to implement the configurability of the linking into the name render templates.
