cdm-server docker container uses wrong timezone

Description
The docker container uses UTC but should be in the same timezone as the host system.
edit-production ~ # date
Fri Feb 15 16:53:52 CET 2019
edit-production ~ # docker exec -it 4df7b3083e04 /bin/bash
bash-4.4# date
Fri Feb 15 15:54:52 UTC 2019

As you currently work on docker maybe you can find a solution for this issue.

This is solved for our servers, the docker container now uses CET, need some more research how to use the same timezone as the host.
