Review:
Example http://phycobank.org/100005
Event: New name & new taxon & new nomeclatural type
Issue 1: nomeclatural type -> nomenclatural type
Issue 2: Sorry, I changed my mind, I would like to see another layout:
Event: new name, new taxon, new nomeclatural type
We might begin with a small letter following the collon
Instead of "space&space" I'd like to see "nospace, space"
Example: http://phycobank.org/100298
Issue 3: placement of subheadline below the name
Issue 4: for alle new combinations (with basionym or with replacemed synonym) please omit "new taxon"
This term "new taxon" is in line with the concept of taxonyms/potential taxa in the sense of Berlin Model and CDM but for normal users it is just a new combination for an already known taxon.

Wording is fine :)
Remaining issue: subheadline is not between identifier and name, but displaced within a nomenclatural act (see arrow in second screen shot)
Other examples:

http://phycobank.org/100104
http://phycobank.org/100106 (new genus)
Id: http://phycobank.org/100110 (new combination AND validation)
http://phycobank.org/100116 (new name)
Displaced in new genus, new combination with basionym
