Incorrect handling of secundum detail reference in formatter

Description
The sec detail is formatted as TagEnum.secundum not TagEnum.secMicroRef. This results in strange behavior on data portal.

No need to remove the workaround applied with cdm-dataportal|79f9e857 since it was only applied to the hotfix/5.3.1 which was not completely merged into the develop branch: so this commit never made it to the develop branch.
