Description
Do not allow registrations under Reference types "Journal", "Printseries"
- there are nomenclatural acts in articles and in sections of articles but never in a "journal"
there are nomenclatural acts in parts of "printseries" but not in the printseries itself (The nomenclatural act is in a book section or in a book, correct?)
nomenclatural acts in a "thesis" can be invalidly published so we should allow the tracking of those acts.
