Description

SpecimenTypeDesignationWorkingsetEditorPresenter.saveBean() contains code which is no longer needed since #7077 is fixed.

Remove this method and test if the application still behaves as expected.

Follows Edit - bug #7077: INameService.deleteTypeDesignation(TaxonName name, TypeDesignationBase typeDesignation) should delete the type designation also from Registrations Closed 11/16/2017
