TaxonNameEditor supports editing of a validated name
Implement editing of exactly one name associated to the name in the editor via a relation of type
The following data regarding the validated name has to be editable:
"Nomenclatural status" -> status typemakes no sense, not needed!!!!
- "Rule Considered"
- "Reference" -> Selection from preselected list of published Codes
ref #7364 filtering references by isbn to limit to nomenclatural codes only

After discussing this again with Henning it turned out that there will be at maximum only one to consider, even if the model can express
ValidatedBy from multiple names to the validating name.
