This test suite will generically test common functionality on multiple dataportal installations
- Base the test suite on the existing data portal framework which is based on selenium: source:cdm-dataportal|src
- The list of dataportal urls is derived via HTTP GET from an URL like http://160.45.63.173/dataportals.txt
