openMake formatting of authors configurable per instance

Description
Formatting of author names is not defined in terms of spaces between firstname abbreviation and lastname.
The taxon name parser currently allows to remove such spaces but this needs to be configured.
Usually such rules are defined by the project (e.g. Cichorieae and Euro+Med do not remove the space while caryo_spp does, following the IPNI style). The rule should be used database wide also to avoid author duplicates.
Maybe there are further such configurations for formatting authors.
Making the formatting configurable may include an entry in CdmPreferences which handles the loading of the NonViralNameparser (maybe as a singleton if not yet done). Also the PersonDefaultCacheStrategy is configurable in terms of the "initials separator" but I havn't checked yet how far this is used at all.
Also imports need to be adaptable but with default to the project preference if exists.
This is partly a cdmlib and partly a TaxEditor ticket.

ja, Euro+Med und Cichorieae folgen nicht dem IPNI-Standard (deshlab führt das, so wie es jetzt ist zu Uneinheitlichkeit, wenn man nicht aufpasst), Walter hingegen hat für die Caryophyllales wohl entschieden IPNI zu folgen, und Tropicos hat einen dritten Standard. Das zeigt, dass mittelfristig eine datenbankspezifische Konfigurierbarkeit für den Taxonautornamenstil umungänglich ist.

ja das kann sein. Ich hatte das für einen Caryophyllales Tropicos Import für Walter mal so implementiert, weil bei Tropicos die Namen ja immer ein Leerzeichen haben, und dann gefragt, ob das andere Format allgemeingültig ist. Da da tendenziell ein positives Feedback kam, habe ich das dann so im Parser gelassen, aber vielleicht ein bisschen über das Ziel hinaus geschossen.
Das Problem, wenn man es nicht vereinheitlich, ist, dass die Namen dann schnell doppelt vorkommen können, einmal mit und einmal ohne Leerzeichen, ohne als Duplikate erkannt zu werden. Grundsätzlich könnte man das auch Projekt oder DB-spezifisch machen, da müssten wir aber genau schauen, wie wir das am besten implementieren.
Erstmal drehe ich das als default erst mal wieder zurück fürs nächste (vollständige, nicht Hotfix) Release .

neuerdings beobachte ich, dass beim Parsen von Taxonreferenzen im Editor anscheinend das Leerzeichen zwischen Vornameninitale und Familienname des Taxonautors im IPNI-Stil entfernt und der Autor ohne das Leerzeichen abgespeichert wird. Kann das sein? Könnt ihr das ggf. bitte wieder korrigieren.

NK: Zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass weitere Stilmerkmale das Vorhandensein oder nicht von Leerzeichen (a) zwischen Vornameninitialen, (b) zwischen non-hyphenated abgekürzten Nachnamensbestandteilen (z.B. "Sch. Bip") und (c) zwischen abgekürzten Nachnamen und einem Suffix (z.B. "Rech. f.") sind. Ob so vollständig, weiß ich nicht, aber Details können ja bei eine Implementierung der KOnfigurierbarkeit besprochen werden.
