Description

what is the difference between changeSynonymToRelatedTaxon() and changeSynonymToAcceptedTaxon()

I just stumbled upon this while removing the e3 name editor (#6595)

changeSynonymToRelatedTaxon creates a new taxon that has a taxon relationship to the other taxon and changeSynonymToAcceptedTaxon creates a new accepted taxon with the other taxon as parent

There is a "TODO still needed and correct?" comment on changeSynonymToRelatedTaxon javadoc. Is this still needed. Do we use this method for changing synonyms to misapplied names?

Also the same javadoc is on changeRelatedTaxonToSynonym. This is probably not correct as it is the reverse function.

Katja, can you please adapt the javadocs and then close this ticket as rejected?
