Description
Virus names are not handled correctly in the CoL DwCA as genus names have a ":" at the end and fields like specific epithet etc. are filled though they do not exist for virus names according to the code(?).
A mail has been send to CoL team to correct this. Until then and in general we need to try to correctly import theses names (and check if they are editable and correctly published).
