For review just take a look at the console when starting from workspace if there is anything about missing translation files.

The only message I get beside log4j issues is: Could not find element with Id 'bulkeditor.menus.openmenu' .

As this is probably not related to i18n I do close this ticket anyway. If the warning is an issue that needs to be fixed please open a new ticket.

Has this issue been fixed in 4.10.0 or 4.9.2? Please move to version 4.9 if fixed there already.

I think this was fixed in 4.9.2 not 4.10. Please correct me if this is not true.
