Took code attribute as fid did not work for some reason.

Open issues:

• Test all areas
• Ahuachapán is not yet mapped correctly for some unclear reason (it works with static maps: http://edit.africamuseum.be/edit_wp5/v1.2/areas.php?l=c_america_level_1&ad=c_america_level_1:code:a:Ahuachapn&as=a:8dd3c7,,1&ms=500) fixed by setting correct annotation type
• borders do not map very well with base layer
