Description

In eclipse for some classes autocomplete does not work anymore.

E.g. ExcelDistributionUpdateConfigurator

Also IIOService can not open type hierarchy.

Also RisReferenceImportConfigurator has Problems

Also DistributionImportConfigurator has problems

Removing generics "CONFIG, ExcelImporterBase" from extends ImportStateBase in ExcelImportState resolves the problem in some cases
