Description
Sometimes when trying to add a taxon to a PolytomousKeyNode the selection works fine, the taxon is also shown in the details view but in the nodelist (PK Editor) the data is not updated. When saving the key the taxon is not attached.
This problem only happens sometimes. I could not yet find out if there is a pattern when it happens.
