I guess this idea of using the pyhcobcankID should be used as nameInSourceID is wrong. The nameInSourceID should be the identifier for a name. The phycobankID however is an identifier for the nomenclatural act not for the name. The only option to reuse it as identifier for name name is to append /name to it:
