Removing a type designation from the name or specimen does not delete the type designation itself
The type designation record itself stays in the database.
This needs some discussion:
- if removing a type designation from a specimen should it be removed from the name too? My opinion: yes, or even better, let the user decide via dialog.
- if referenced by multiple names should it be deleted anyway? - My opinion: no. even better, ask the user if it should be removed from all other names (and listing the names)
As a type designation must be possible without defining a concrete specimen (e.g. for "not designated") we can not have an orphan removal solution.
We should do the same if a name or a specimen is fully deleted. The delete algorithms should be checked if they do so.
