Description

A name with a nomenclatural reference that has only a protected titleCache but not a title, abbrev title or abbrevTitleCache does not show this titleCache information in the name editor.

Instead it shows something like: Alsine axillaris Macloskie, : 386. 1905

Fixed, that an unprotected titleCache is empty if ONLY the other cache is not empty and is protected. This does not work if any other data (e.g. year) is provided as then we expect that the unprotected cache should be computed.

To avoid that it is not intended by the user/developer that only 1 cache is protected I added a new method setTitleCaches which sets both caches to protected.

Still an open issue (#6490) is to check existing code for cases where this setTitleCache(xxx, true) should be replaced by the new method.
Maybe also existing data should be checked.

There is still the problem, that with an empty abbrevTitleCache nothing is shown in the name editor. This is an editor ticket -> #6543
