Description

Availability of external services needs to be tested outside cdmlib standard maven testing to avoid failing tests in cdmlib due to unavailable external services.

However, we need to guarantee that these services are generally still there and therefore need tests to inform us if they are not.

How to implement this is still up to discussion.
