use short name for excluded, unplaced taxa when the genus of the parent taxa is different

Description

This is handled in cdm_dataportal.module#cdm_dataportal_shortname_of()

However, we should consider solving this issue in a more general way. The cdm_dataportal_shortname_of() method is only used in the context of the taxon tree and of the classsification breadcrumbs. We could check for any taxon if the parent taxon has a different genus. This way it would be more reliable and consistent in situations where the data is 100% clean.
To avoid performance overhead the parent taxon should be passed as parameter to the method.
