opentaxontree takes HTTP_REFERER into account to focus on the previously visited taxon page

Description
The taxon tree should evaluate taxon uuids in the HTTP_REFERER.
This will allow to the taxontree to be open at the taxon from which the user navigated to a media, specimen, or reference page.
The overall behaviour of the tree will be like:
- Tree shows the current taxon of the taxon page in bold
- If the current page is not a taxon page the tree will take the HTTP_REFERER into account. I case it contains a taxon uuid, it expand at that taxon and display it in normal letters
- Otherwise the tree is fully closed.
