EDIT

The feature block ids are build using the label of the according feature type term. When terms are translated the id changes depending on the users preferred language.
In the salvador portal the common-names block has a spanish suffix as seen here:

<div id="block-cdm-dataportal-feature-nombres-comnes" class="block block-cdm-dataportal-feature contextual-links-region odd">

This makes styling with css hard and unreliable. We need a fixed label for this.

The salvador BTW is using a style for the common names block!!!
