Currently the order of type designations is unordered. We should implement a comparator to have a fixed order.

Some suggestions for the comparator:

1. Order by Status (TypeDesignationStatusBase is ordered), but maybe we need to update the order within the status voc. Anyway important is that holotype comes first.
2. Order by Specimen (for now, alphabetic order of titlecache should be ok)
3. Order by id (or uuid)
4. If no status is available it should come first. This way we put new records to top and set focus on empty records, same applies later for not defined specimen/names
