Description

Rights and Credits are almost never used. Therefore we should move them to the end of the list. Otherwise one often needs to scroll to show e.g. sources.

According to usage we may even think about an order "Annotation", "Source", "Identifier", "Marker", "Extension", "Credit", "Rights". But this is maybe more difficult to implement as they belong to different classes AnnotatableEntitiy / IdentifiableEntitiy.

I moved both sections to the bottom. The other solution is a bit more work and maybe not that necessary so I left it out

Extensions still could be moved down (taxeditor|55409937). Markers we can leave were they are for now as this is more difficult to implement
