Description
Drag&Drop does not work anymore (or never worked ?). We should either fix this or completely switch of D&D functionality. Currently it is suggested to the user that it works but nothing happens.

you have to drop it on the description then it works, but it is not really clear when the drag & drop takes place and when not.

Drag & drop works fine. But after creating a new Description you have to save before move a descriptionelement to the new created description -> new ticket (#6109) and close this one.
