Improve formatting for reference type Section

Description

Open issues:
- Separator between author (incl. year) and article/booksection if section has no title (which is the usual case).
- handling of pages for articles (usually pages for articles are shown at the very end, but for in-references like book-sections they are shown behind the title) (see also #9326#note-19)
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Target version changed from CDM UML 3.3/3.4 - Postprocessing to Release 3.8
- Related to bug #6499: Remaining issues to include pages in bibliographic reference titleCaches added
- Tags set to formatting

Final tests should be written. See also #6499. Then move back to 3.8 if no major changes needed. There were a couple of changes iplemented in 5.23 (see also #9326), so don't move back.
