errors are not cleared after reloading the configuration

example:

  1. database was empty at fist reloading => error shown Access denied for user 'edit'@'160.45.63.%' to database 'cdm_production_rl_odonata_demo'[42000]

  2. schema created with editor

  3. again clicking on "Reload configuration" error still shows up, but database is ok and instance can be started
