this has not yet been sovled, so it is still open.
Target Version? Unassigned? Since it is assigned and since it has a priority it should not go into "Unassigned ...". It instead think it does not need to be assigned to any target version.

Assigned and prioritized issues go to "Reviewed Next Major Release" according to out ticket strategy.

I know, and this is perfectly true for tickets related to products which can be released. I am quite unsure if this strategy is applicable to devOp tickets. I will not remove this ticket from the "Reviewed Next Major Release" since it is not not worth wasting time with needless discussions. This ticket will be found once we have time for it anyway.
